The Process
Let’s bring the vision to life!
Booking Notice: To help me accommodate your session or project, please inquire at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your desired date. This ensures we have enough time to create something truly special together!
Booking & Payment: After we have figured out a good date and time, I’ll send over a contract & invoice. In order to confirm your reservation, a Retainer Fee (30% of the total amount) is due upon signing of our contract. The Session Fee is due on or before the date of the session and will be reduced by the amount of the Retainer Fee. Payment Plans are available.
For weddings/events, all final payments must be made 30 days prior to the event. Installments plans are available.
Pre-Production: Once you book, we’ll schedule a time to discuss all the details through a video chat. We’ll go over the theme/vibe, outfits, location options, shot types, props and more. Prior to the session, you’ll receive hair/makeup recommendations and a pre-session checklist.
Locations: For portrait/video sessions, we can use the Seattle or Tacoma Photo Studio, your home, outdoors, or onsite at a separate place. I have an extensive list of outdoor and other locations in Seattle to Tacoma area.
During the Session: I always come prepared with positions/poses that I think will suit the vibe. If you already have ideas or photo inspiration, feel free to share those and I will incorporate them in.
Post Production: Following the session, I will send you a lightly edited proofing gallery within 5 business days so you can pick your favorites. Once you make your selections, I’ll make the final edits.
Editing: All packages come with lightly airbrushed photographs. My editing style includes suttle skin retouching, eyes, and teeth enhancements, along with bringing out the colors, lighting, and contrast to add my signature look. I take extra care in my editing to produce my polished, bold, and editorial style.
Delivery Times: Approximately 15-20 business days. Certain times of the year (Holidays, and busy Spring-Summer Seasons) may increase the turnaround time. Be sure to book your session with photo delivery time in mind.
